Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, with all original Saltrock tags attached, and securely package them to prevent damage during transit.

  Generate Your Label

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to download a pre-paid QR code or printable shipping label.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Take your parcel to any authorized drop-off point or local post office, ensuring you keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
